30 years:

30 years.

30 years of marriage.

30 years of happiness, laughter, tears, sadness and growth.

Hard to believe it’s been 3 decades since you two were tied at the knot.

There were many moments when I never thought we’d make it as a family, and yet here we are.

30 years of togetherness, resilience and determination to stick it through no matter what.

Learned so much from both of you, not only individually but also in the relationship.

A commitment to one another, to trying to make it work, to compromising and to enjoying each other’s company, even when you can’t stand to be around the other person.

It’s an honour and privilege to be your child.

All the car rides, extra-curricular activities, and trips together are hard to put into words.

Not many people can say their parents took them to 50+ countries and every continent except for Antarctica (which I know we’ll do in the next few years haha).

You gave us the world and more.

I’ve learned so much from both of you.

Rinks - the hard work, discipline, kindness, and going above and beyond for those you care about, often even if they don’t reciprocate.

Dadda - the resilience, determination, calculated risk taking, charisma, relationship building and grit to show up even when it’s hard.

Thank you for being you.

You’ve raised 3 beautiful kids who are not just succeeding at what they’re doing but are good people.

The best part now is I consider you both friends more than just parents.

The ability to hang out and chat about anything is what keeps us close, even after all these years apart.

I’m so grateful I get to be your child and excited to watch you grow into the next chapters of your life.

Here’s to 30 more years of memories, experiences and laughs.
