Whatever you’re interested in, chase it.

Look for it.

Understand it.

Learn about it.

I don’t care if it’s unicorns, how people live to 100 or what black holes are.

‍

It doesn’t matter.

‍

The key is it matters to you.

‍

Not anyone else.

‍

It won’t scream at you.

‍

Instead, it’ll be a tiny voice.

‍

A tiny thing in your head that you can’t stop thinking about.

‍

That one comment.

‍

That one quote.

‍

That one video.

‍

It’ll spark an interest in something.

‍

Follow that.

‍

Follow your intuition.

‍

See where it takes you.

‍

Don’t give up too early.

‍

Chase it for a little while.

‍

A few weeks to months at least.

‍

Don’t give up when it gets hard.

‍

Because it will.

‍

Curiousity doesn’t come without challenges.

‍

Understanding those challenges is where you’ll make discoveries.

‍

Bringing your experience and knowledge to that problem.

‍

That’s where the real unlocks will happen in the future.

‍

It will happen because people will spend time tinkering, learning, and playing.

‍

With new concepts, ideas and ways to tackle a problem.

‍

You may also see opportunities where no one else does.

‍

That’s where innovation happens.

‍

All greats steal from those before them.

‍

Everyone.

We’re all descendants of those who came before us.

‍

Understand them.

‍

Learn about their stories.

‍

Especially those in your field.

‍

But don’t restrict yourself to just those people.

‍

Look for ones in adjacent fields.

‍

Then apply it to what you’re doing.

‍

Listen to the Founder’s podcast.

‍

Seriously.

‍

As Naval said, give society what it wants but it doesn’t know what it needs.

‍

Then do that at scale and you’ll win forever.

‍

Turn that into audio.

‍

Turn that into videos.

‍

Then scale it into other languages.

‍

I love writing.

‍

I love reading.

‍

I love learning.

‍

I love podcasts.

‍

I love teaching.

‍

Combine all of those and you have what I’ve done.

That’s the blueprint.

‍

Now it’s just about execution.

‍

I never thought I’d get here.

‍

It only happened because I followed my curiousity.
