Create, don’t consume:

Create, don’t consume.

We live in a consumer culture.

Consuming content.

Consuming TV shows.

Consuming movies.

Consuming reality TV.

Consuming Youtube.

Always consuming something.

By doing that, we lose our time.

We miss the most important asset in our life.

Time.

While we waste it, we don’t create.

We don’t build.

We don’t invest in ourselves.

We’re too focused on the next TikTok trend that we forget about what’s in front of us.

We forget about what’s important.

Spending time on yourself.

Spending time with friends or family.

Exercising.

Being in nature.

Learning.

Creating.

All of these things need time.

Most of that time is wasted consuming garbage.

Instead, create.

Create something for yourself.

Create something bad.

Create something good.

Create something that hasn’t existed before.

Whether it’s a piece of art.

Or writing.

Or a new routine.

Create it.

See it in your mind.

Then make it happen.

Go figure out how to create it.

Do that again and again for years.

Consume to get inspiration.

Then take that to create.

The world needs more creators.

And not just me-too people.

Don’t just copy what you see.

Innovate on it.

Take something that inspires you and make it better.

Make it yours.

So create, don’t consume.
