Do good work and everything else will come. All the accolades, all the credit, that’s only going to happen if you execute. Talk is cheap, you know that, but keep pushing and start acting on your intuition. Work to be a better person, a better leader because it will always pay dividends in the future. It’s nuts how much you’ve learned so far but also how much there is to know. Think about this, you’re just starting. The important thing to keep in mind is be patient. Work on your craft a little bit every day and don’t forget to have fun. Because without that, what’s the point in even doing what you’re doing? Keep innovating and thinking. Do the work and learn about as many industries as possible. Once you have a reasonable understanding of the world, go out and create the one you want to see. You’ve been given all the tools necessary to do it so why can’t you just go out there and make it happen? It’s all in your hands so go do it. Be bold, be yourself, take risks, think clearly and think about impact. Fundamentally, your purpose is to impact people’s lives in more ways than they could think before they knew you. So go do it.
