Day 1092 - Oct.13.21 - We’re all weirdos

We’re all weirdos. Strange in our own way just trying to figure out the world. The experiences we’ve had shape us into these weird creatures who’s lives can be determined just by where they’re born. Some are given so much opportunity while so many others are given so little. But you don’t know anything else when you’re younger so you think everyone experiences the world the way you do. They don’t. They’re all in their own heads just trying to figure out this thing in front of them. Trying to make the best decisions for them and their families with the tools they’ve been given, whether it’s on the streets or in a multimillion dollar mansion. One thing that is the same across human experience is suffering. We all feel pain. We know what it’s like to struggle, some more than others. Choose the struggle that makes you happiest. Choose the path that allows you to be your weirdo self living as freely as you like. At least that path will let you be free to make the decisions you want, not for or because of anyone else. But it’s a scary road. Going out on your own and going against what people envisioned for you is terrifying. Does not mean that it won’t be worth it. Just make sure you’re willing to put in the work to get there because being a weirdo and choosing your own path will not be easy. Go get it!
