Day 681 – Day 175 Q – Sep.1.20 – Self talk

Self talk. Why is it so important? It’s amazing what people will tell themselves about who they are and project to society. At the end of the day, everything we see or feel is based on our body’s ability to disseminate past experiences. To understand what happened before, what actions were taken and what was the outcome. But some people tend to focus on the wrong thing. A lot of people will tie their lives directly to their actions. They’ll (sometimes) reflect on what they did and what happened. But the greatest minds are the ones who focus on decisions. Focus on what their decision making process and how they came to conclusions. You’re going to be wrong a lot of times in your life and all you have to do is be more right than wrong. But if you also don’t make very many life-changing decisions and your frequency of risk taking is less, you won’t experience as many rights. Give yourself an opportunity to be right at a higher frequency of decisions and you’ll have a great life. At the end, it starts with self-talk.
