Always begin:

Always begin.

Start again.

Every day is a new day.

Start afresh.

Focus on what’s in front of you.

Stop letting the past and future control your thoughts.

They don’t exist.

They only exist in your mind.

The key moments in your life most other people don’t remember.

Problem is those moments are etched in your subconscious.

Making you believe this story that’s not true.

Controlling your mood, behaviour, motivation, and ability to think.

It pushes you to think negatively.

To be fearful.

To be scared of the unknown.

To not want to take risks.

But you need to begin again.

You need to start from a new place.

Start believing you can do it.

Rewiring your brain.

Rewire your thoughts to believe in the good.

To be grateful.

To be positive.

To look for the good in people.

How do you get that motivation?

How do you become more positive all of a sudden?

I have no clue.

It takes many years.

A lot of self-work.

But it starts with positive actions.

Doing good things for people.

You need good people in your life.

Go find those people.

They’re out there.

Problem as an adult is how do you do that?

How do you find people outside of your normal circles?

Get outside of your house.

Go do something different.

Try a new activity.

Go learn something that seems so outside what you would normally do.

Try new things.

Always begin.
