No human is limited:

No human is limited.

Truer words couldn’t have been said.

Eliud Kipchoge showed the world what was possible.

A sub 2 hour marathon.

Insane.

Absolutely insane.

Just finished the documentary ‘Kipchoge: The Last Milestone.’

Epic.

Incredible.

Inspiring.

Loss for words.

The first man ever in human history to run a sub 2 hour marathon.

Pushing the boundary of what was possible.

Like Roger Bannister running the mile in under 4 minutes.

Like humans reaching the moon in 1969.

Like Usain Bolt running a sub 9.6 100m.

These people have accomplished something that has never been done in human history.

Kipchoge’s accomplishment beats all of that.

If you’ve ever ran, you understand how insane what he did was.

If not, go find a treadmill.

See if it’s in mph or kph.

If it’s in mph, put it at 13.

If it’s in kph, put it at 21.

See how long you last.

My bet is barely 10 seconds.

He held that pace for 2 hours straight.

Absolutely insane.

The greatest athletic achievement a human has ever achieved.

The best part of the documentary was how much of a team effort it was.

How it was not just about Kipchoge, but all the people around him.

All the people who made this achievement possible.

The pacers.

The organizers.

His training partners.

Everyone.

It’s amazing what the world can accomplish when humanity comes together.

This was just another example.

Eliud is a hero.

He’s an inspiration.

He’s achieved something no one ever thought was possible.

Yet he showed.

No human is limited.
