Nov.26.24 - Day 2249 - Brush it off

Ups and downs. Life is not straight and to the right like a stock that never falls. That world doesn’t exist. No one gets out of it alive. Or without struggle. Or pain. Or stress. Or loss. We all deal with it. Up and down from one day to the next. One day you feel on top of the world like you must be crushing it at life. And many others you feel like a failure. Like you can’t do anything right. Stay in it. Begin again. Don’t take any one day too seriously. Like a golf shot, brush it off. That was the past, this is now. How do you be a little bit better now? Plus everyone forgets. No one remembers what you did or said a few days ago. They’re too worried about themselves and are over thinking their own lives. We all do it. Some of us are just more open about it than others. But we all deal with it. The struggles of life. The ups and downs. Doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor, you’re all going to deal with it. Some of the richest most successful people in the world think they aren’t good enough and haven’t crushed it all the time. They just stick with it. Persevere. Showed up again and again, even when it was hard. Keep doing that and you’ll be golden. Ride those ups and downs like a rollercoaster, makes life way more fun that way.
