Why do I care so much?

Why do I care so much?

About a nobody?

About a person that told you to take a hike?

I don’t know.

We all think about the what-ifs.

The people that got away.

Only if we said something.

Or did something.

Guess what?

You didn’t.

Get over it.

They let you go.

Move on.

If you did everything you could, you should have no regrets.

But there’s always that tiny voice.

The one that never goes away.

That tells you ‘it’s your fault.’

‘No one will ever love you.’

‘Everyone’s rejected you your whole life.’

Stop listening to that voice.

Watch it and let it go.

Stop being so negative to yourself.

You did everything you could at the time.

Could I have made different decisions at different moments?

Yea of course.

But I didn’t.

So move on.

The right person will be there for you at the right time.

Do things for yourself.

Follow your own passions.

Meet people with similar hobbies.

You’ll be fine.

You’re a good dude who’s doing something with his life.

Anyone would be lucky to have you.

So don’t worry.

Stop caring so much about those that rejected you in the past.

They won’t be with you in the future.
